iDEAL is the most popular online payment method in the Netherlands with more than 900 million transactions per year. iDEAL is currently working hard to take the payment method to a higher level: the new iDEAL. Work is being done on optimizing payment processes for a seamless user experience and easier integration for merchants. The new iDEAL is ready for the future of online and mobile payments in the Netherlands.

They asked us to create an explainer for the introduction the new features in about 90 seconds. We love this kind of job, it brings some challenges to the table. The protagonist is a webshop owner in his website and the consumers are the other actors of this animation.  We made the icons come to life so they could show the benefits of the new payment features themselves.
